Hope you all are enjoying the lovely breezy summer days and evenings. These days I am busy playing mummy and hardly get any time to myself. The days when I get some time, I play dress up for the blog. Yes for today’s post I have created two summer looks using the lovely jewellery from Bubbles Jewellery. Thanks Bubbles for this wonderful brand collaboration. To create this look I have used some chunky bohemian style jewellery. These looks are very simple and easy to wear. The focus is on the bold jewellery and the outfit is one solid colour to keep the overall look understated and elegant.
Look 1
This is my favourite out of the two looks. A long grecian style white dress with thigh high slits is ideal for a summer garden party. I love the off shoulders details of the dress. The gold and white stone earrings do full justice to my look. You can also wear it with the blue stone bracelet and instead of the white one to add some colour dimension. I wore this dress with silver and white sandals from F&F and they are real value for money. I have been wearing these sandals pretty much every day.
Look 2
The blue and gold chunky jewellery styles well with an all black maxi dress. It has high slits with fringes which are very much on trend these days. These fringes make the dress different from any other black maxi dress. I adore my gladiator style sandals – they fully compliment my fringed maxi dress. The jewellery brings the dress alive and it would be an ideal choice for a holiday evening look.
I am excited to introduce Bubbles Jewellery brand on my blog so please meet the lady behind the brand. Devika Raizada is this vibrant and dynamic girl from Delhi who has launched her brand Bubbles jewellery in UK. Devika has strong connect with her Indian heritage and it is reflected in her jewellery collection. Sometimes I find it difficult to find good Indian inspired jewellery in UK but now I have a trusted source. Do checkout Bubbles Jewellery and I am sure you will love their beautiful collection.
You must have realised from these pictures that I have put on a lot of extra kilos and look rather plump. Yes it is true. These days I have been the heaviest ever. The extra kilos from my second pregnancy have not gone away as yet. I have always battled with my weight and I hope this time around I will be able to shed these extra kilos soon. But one thing I will not stop doing is dressing up. I’ll still hope to have fun with clothes and dress my new body shape with confidence. Through my blog journey I’ll keep you guys posted on my fitness. I hope you enjoyed reading my experiences here.
