Do you compromise comfort over style? When I was in my twenties I did compromise comfort over my high pair of heels. As I grow older and wiser, my style and thoughts about what fashion means to me has evolved. My style has always been relaxed and fairly casual and now that I am a mum of two, I want my outfits to be easy. That’s why today’s topic is about making your everyday khaki trousers look glamorous.
I bought this super comfy, wide-leg khaki trouser from one of my favourite high street brands, Warehouse. What I love about it are the wide and deep pockets on both sides. They come in handy to keep your phone and other bits while on the run. And because they are deep and wide, they keep your belongings safe (I know the pain of fitting your phone in your tight jeans pocket).
I have been wearing these trousers a lot lately but then I had a chance to make them look a bit glam. By pairing a silk lace earthy colour top, you can add a lot of elegance to these casual khaki trousers. Pair them with kitten heels and you are good to go.
