Best Maternity Buy

It’s my first blog post of the year. I have totally indulged myself during the holiday period and did nothing but just slowed down my pace. With only six weeks to go for my due date, there is a lot to organise and plan. I had envisaged that I will sort things out over the Christmas break but things didn’t go as per plan. Sometimes no plan is a good plan. So all I did over the holiday period was eat, drink and be merry.

Today’s post is dedicated to my best maternity clothing purchase of the year. I struggled to find decently priced maternity clothes on the high street. My wardrobe pretty much revolved around basics and stylish scarves.

One of my best purchases of the year was this knee length black jersey maternity dress. This dress is really comfortable and very flattering. The V-neck works perfectly to suit your upper body changes during pregnancy and the jersey fabric ensures a great fit around the bump.

This dress is very versatile and I enjoyed styling this dress to suit various occasions. Here are a few style tips on how you can wear this dress in different ways.

Office Meeting – Wear this dress with black kitten heals and a dainty gold necklace. Keep it simple and classic.
